PMCS Power is pleased to announce the appointment of Sterling Crockett as Executive Vice President, Government Programs, where he will lead the company’s expansion into federal, state, and municipal markets.
Crockett brings more than 30 years of experience in government contracting, construction, and environmental services, with a track record of building and scaling organizations in highly regulated public sector environments.
He previously held multiple executive leadership roles at R4 Incorporated, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) defense contractor, where he was instrumental in the company’s growth into a 300+ employee organization. During his tenure, he helped implement the systems and infrastructure required for federal contracting, including a DCAA-compliant accounting platform, and played a key role in securing a position as one of eight awardees on a $16.4 billion federal IDIQ contract.
Earlier in his career, Crockett founded and led Sterling Construction Services, delivering federal projects including support of the Pentagon’s post-9/11 recovery and subsequent renovation work under contract with Hensel Phelps.
Most recently, he served as Southeast Regional Vice President at PAL Environmental Services, where he led regional operations with a focus on complex government work, including a $57 million U.S. Coast Guard project in Key West, Florida.
In his role at PMCS Power, Crockett will focus on establishing the company’s presence in the government market, building strategic partnerships, and positioning PMCS for long-term success in public sector energy and infrastructure programs.
